What is a driver supervisor?
A trained professional who rides with your drivers (or oversees a small fleet) to enforce safety SOPs, monitor performance, and report exceptions. Especially useful for sensitive cargo, executive transport, or new-hire onboarding.

What's the difference between defensive, offensive and evasive driving?
Defensive driving teaches you to anticipate and avoid danger. Offensive and evasive driving (used by security, executive and emergency drivers) teaches active escape, ambush response and high-speed manoeuvring under pressure.

What does GlobeWorka actually do?
We operate seven service lines from one office in Banana Island, Ikoyi: software / SaaS development; transportation & logistics; training (fleet and transport officers); in-vehicle management systems (vehicle tracking); driving school services; driver supervisor placement; and the full breadth of driving services (truck driver training, learner driver, defensive, evasive, and driving tests / assessments).
Where are you based?
Plot 29, 501 Close, Banana Island, Ikoyi, Lagos. We work with clients across Nigeria and select West African markets.

How long does a typical project take?
MVP work runs 8–14 weeks. Full SaaS builds typically 4–6 months. We work to a written scope and milestones — no surprises.

Are your training certificates recognised?
Yes — our certificates are recognised by the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), the Nigerian Shippers' Council, and major fleet operators across Nigeria.

I own a truck — can I work with GlobeWorka?
Yes. Register on our Transportation & Logistics page. We onboard owner-operators with valid licences and roadworthy vehicles, then send dispatch work as it comes in.
I have goods to move — what's the process?
Submit a Goods Movement request on our Transportation & Logistics page. Include origin, destination, cargo type and weight. We'll quote within 24 hours.
