Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance

By using GlobeWorka Limited's website or submitting any form, you agree to these terms.

2. Service offerings

We provide technology development, transportation and logistics, training, in-vehicle management systems, driving school services, driver supervisor placement, and driving services. Each engagement is subject to a separate written agreement that takes precedence over these terms.

3. Applications & quotes

Submitting an application or request via this website creates no binding contract until we respond in writing with a quote, statement of work, or onboarding paperwork that you accept.

4. Payments

Invoices are payable in Naira to our Keystone Bank account (1012773337, GlobeWorka Ltd.) unless otherwise agreed. Foreign-currency invoicing is available for cross-border engagements.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during scoping or delivery, save where disclosure is required by law.

6. Limitation of liability

Our aggregate liability for any single engagement is capped at the fees paid under that engagement. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are subject to arbitration seated in Lagos under the Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023.
