GlobeWorka Limited ("GlobeWorka", "we", "our") is a Nigerian company registered at Plot 29, 501 Close, Banana Island, Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria. We operate seven service lines across technology, transportation, training and driving services.

2. What we collect

When you submit a service request, contact form, or newsletter sign-up, we collect: your name, email, phone, company (optional), location, and the details of your enquiry. For specific services we may collect additional information relevant to that service (e.g. vehicle details, driving experience, project briefs).

3. How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, deliver the service you've requested, and (if you opt in) to send our fortnightly newsletter. We do not sell, rent or trade your data with third parties.

4. Lawful basis

We process your data under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) — specifically, on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in operating our business. You may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Security

We retain service-request data for as long as the engagement runs, plus seven years for tax and audit purposes. Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe.
